Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will provide direct patient care to our residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communications with medical staff

• Assist with feeding, transferring, and ambulating residents as needed

• Ensure a clean and safe environment by following proper infection control procedures and maintaining a organized and supply-stocked work area

• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance
