Client Care Summary / Caregiver Job Description

• Client: Female

• Location: Franklin Lakes

• Schedule:

  • Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Mobility: Wheelchair-bound; uses a Hoyer lift

The client requires assistance with:

• Bathing

• Dressing

• Meal preparation

• Light housekeeping/cleaning

• Light laundry

• Mobility/transfers using Hoyer lift

• One service dog in the home

• Non-smoking home

Seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate caregiver comfortable working with wheelchair-bound clients and Hoyer lift transfers. The ideal aide will provide attentive personal care and household support while ensuring the client’s comfort and safety.
