Multi-Process CNC Production Technician

A Day in This Role

Picture starting your shift in our Russellville, AR facility. You review the day’s build plan, pull up the latest revision of a blueprint, and set up a CNC mill for the first run. As parts come off the machine, you verify dimensions with calipers and micrometers, log data, and make smart adjustments to keep throughput high and scrap low. When a machine alarms, you diagnose the issue, swap tooling, and get production back on track. You collaborate with teammates across the floor so goals and deadlines are met safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Handle

• Set up and operate CNC equipment to manufacture parts to spec.
• Continuously monitor processes for quality, speed, and repeatability.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision.
• Work closely with your team to achieve production targets and schedules.
• Keep your work area organized and safe, following all safety practices.
• Record production data and promptly escalate issues to supervisors.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience as a CNC operator or in a comparable machining role.
• Solid knowledge of CNC operation and programming concepts.
• Fluency in reading technical documentation and print tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting.
• Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime when required.
