Assist with vital signs, medication administration, and reporting changes to the nursing staff
Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring a comfortable living space for residents
Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
