Maintenance Technician

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will ensure our properties' overall upkeep and maintenance.

Monthly auto allowance + gas is paid. Health Insurance, 401 (k), paid time off!!

$25 - $35 hourly

• Responsibilities include general repairs, painting, and coordination with contractors as necessary.

• The role will also require an on-call rotation that is shared between the maintenance techs.

• Ability to Work Independently

• Previous Maintenance Experience Preferred

• Essential tools for maintenance tasks

• Mechanically inclined

• Proficiency in carpentry, light plumbing, and electrical work is strongly desired

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Ability to manage changing and/or competing priorities

• Excellent communication skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
