About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. This will include:
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Participating in care conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to patients, including assistance with activities of daily living
Perform vital signs and other clinical measurements as needed
Assist with range of motion and other therapies as directed by therapists
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain skills and knowledge
