We’re looking for a driven Director of Admissions to help grow census and strengthen referral relationships at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the White Plains, NY area.
What You’ll Do
Lead admissions from referral through placement
Build relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
Manage insurance verification and authorizations
Partner with clinical teams to coordinate smooth admissions
Identify opportunities to grow census and referrals
What You Bring
SNF experience required
Admissions/intake experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, proactive, and results-driven
