What you need:

• Valid CNA card
• CPR card
• First Aid card
• TB test within the last year or chest x-ray within the last 5 years
• Fluency in English is essential

Essential functions:

• Personal care activities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving.
• Meal preparation: Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Errands & appointments: Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments.
• Light housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping activities.
• Patient-specific activities: Provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, assist with prescribed range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, care of bed-bound patients, incontinence care, and use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts.
