Your Mission

Own the installation of complex HVAC systems—from first layout to final connections—so every building we touch performs efficiently and safely.

Impact Areas

• Execute full‑scope installs of commercial/industrial HVAC: air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration systems, ventilation, and controls.
• Install copper refrigerant and hydronic piping using brazing, soldering, threading, and pro‑press methods.
• Assemble and finish sheet metal duct systems—rough‑in through punch list.
• Work independently across varied equipment types with limited oversight while meeting tight schedules.
• Translate design plans, schematics, and submittals into precise field execution; perform trade math to ensure accuracy.
• Provide timely, accurate material lists to the foreman.
• Uphold professional, ethical conduct on active construction sites and customer facilities.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Proficiency with HVAC and construction tools.
• Ability to read blueprints/specifications and understand HVAC operating/control systems.
• General familiarity with OSHA practices; EPA/OSHA certifications are beneficial but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record; able to travel between job sites.
• Bonus: exposure to plumbing and electrical systems.
