CNA Shifts & Differentials

  • 8‑hour shifts:

    • 7am–3pm

    • 3pm–11pm

  • Shift Differentials:

    • +$1.25 Evenings

    • +$1.00 Nights

    • +$2.50 Weekends

  • What You’ll Do as a CNA

    • Provide direct care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

    • Assist residents with safe transfers and repositioning

    • Take vital signs and promptly report changes to nursing staff

    • Support residents during meals and hydration

    • Maintain clean, organized living areas and restock supplies

    • Collaborate with nursing staff to follow individualized care plans

    • Offer companionship, emotional support, and reassurance

    • Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

    • Qualifications

      • Current Georgia CNA certification

      • High school diploma or equivalent

      • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely

      • Strong communication and teamwork skills

      • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment
