Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem CHHA positions available in Burlington, Camden or Burlington County

Established in 1904, Moorestown Visiting Nurse Association is a home care community health organization serving Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey.

We are one of the very few home care agencies qualified to provide a continuum of care for patients of all ages, no matter how serious the problem, no matter what stage of the illness. It is care we’ve been delivering to residents of South Jersey for more than 120 years, 24 hours a day. We are currently seeking dedicated CHHAs to join our team. The CHHA provides direct care and support, in collaboration with other clinical disciplines, to our home care patients.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Access to a vehicle
• NJ HHA certification
  

Weekly schedule:

• Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm
• Cases are 1 bath service

• In-home
