About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Ardmore Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; transferring and repositioning patients; and observing and reporting changes in patient condition.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, focusing on their unique needs and recovery goals
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Transfer and reposition patients as needed
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Promote a safe and respectful environment for our patients, families, and staff
