Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors to the nursing staff
Assist with mealtime, including feeding and lifting, as needed
Encourage socialization and engagement among residents, facilitating recreational and therapeutic activities
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
