Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a self-driven CNC Machinist in Duncan. In this manual machinist role, you will be responsible for operating and trouble-shooting mills and lathe machines. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
In a CNC Machinist job, you’ll be responsible for:
- Blueprint reading
- Editing and Programming
- Operating Manual mills and lathes
- Calipers and Micrometers
- Setting optimal parameters for machining process
- Selecting the appropriate cutting tools
- Calculate measurements, dimensions and tolerances
- Inspect material to ensure it meets quality standards
- Troubleshoot and adjust the machines speed, tooling and/or cutting style to fix issues
What you’ll need:
- 3 years prior experience as a CNC Machinist
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical and mathematical skills
- Knowledge of materials
- Attention to detail
- Experience with machine troubleshooting
- Experience operating manual mills and lathes

Shift and Work Schedule: 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $23-$30 depending on experience, with a $2.00 shift differential.
