Day in the Life

Step into a hands-on production role at our family-owned facility of 45+ years in Irwin, PA (15642). As a Resin Casting Production Technician, you’ll keep our casting operations moving with precision, safety, and teamwork. Your work helps ensure every part that leaves our floor meets the highest quality standards.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Set up for success: prepare metal workpieces and components used in molded parts.
• Measure and mix: follow formula specifications to prepare resin using industrial scales and mixers.
• Cast with care: pour and monitor the casting process, verifying that quality benchmarks are met.
• Handle materials safely: move raw materials and finished goods with care and efficiency.
• Document meticulously: compile, record, and identify cast parts after production for full traceability.
• Keep it spotless: maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area.
• Win as a team: collaborate with coworkers to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Keep learning: participate in training to deepen your knowledge of casting processes.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical manufacturing training is a plus).
• Willingness to learn basic mix formulations; comfortable using industrial scales, mixers, and hand tools.
• Able to perform physical activities that require use of your arms and legs, bending, and lifting 70+ pounds for 75% of your shift.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or casting preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and sound problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
