Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Align, position, and secure parts

• Operate power tools, hand tools, and manufacturing equipment

• Perform quality checks and test final products for defects

• Report equipment issues or safety hazards to supervisors

• Keep a clean, safe, and organized

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

• Basic math and reading skills for technical manuals

• Strong attention to detail
