Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized care to residents, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with mobility
Record and monitor vital signs, and report any significant changes to nursing staff
Assist with safe transfers and transport using proper body mechanics
Communicate clearly and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
Support nursing staff with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Current CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
CPR certification preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional, respectful, and dependable
A passion for helping others and a team-oriented mindset
