As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. We are hiring for all shifts 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a
About the Role:
As a CNA at Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including:
Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to licensed nurses
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients
Assisting with meals and snacks, and maintaining patient nutrition
Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care, including personal care, ambulation, and assistance with activities of daily living
Work closely with licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
