BrightStar Care is hiring a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a bedbound client in Lancaster, Ohio. If you have experience with personal care, ADLs, and home health support, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to make a real difference every day.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care
• Perform bed baths and personal care for a bedbound client
• Assist with repositioning, mobility support, and comfort care
• Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow care plans and complete required documentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving, home care, or home health experience
• Experience caring for bedbound clients preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
