Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide assistance with mobility and ambulation as needed
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff
Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident care and services
Requirements:
Current Certified Medication Aide certification in the state of Oklahoma
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting preferred
