Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a full-time Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide residential and commercial cleaning and restoration services, including carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. Training is provided, with opportunities to earn industry certifications and expand your skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet, floor, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning services.
• Assist with water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration projects.
• Complete required job documentation, work orders, and daily activity logs.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding services performed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic maintenance on company vehicles and restoration equipment.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies assigned to company vehicles.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices.
• Participate in training and certification programs to expand service capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including email and mobile devices.
• Basic math skills.
• At least 1 year of floor cleaning, specialty cleaning, or restoration experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate).
• IICRC certifications are preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed (approx 60lbs a few times per day).
• Ability to work in residential and commercial environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a full background check will be conducted.
