$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS!!
Takes and records patients’ vital signs
Measures and records patients’ fluid intake and output.
Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding
Assists patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning
Performs all other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor
