A DAY IN THE LIFEThe Grounds & Facilities Maintenance position will primarily involve lawn care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and equipment upkeep at two company properties. Additional responsibilities may include vehicle care, errands, moving furniture, event setup, and other property or office projects. Key ResponsibilitiesMow, edge, trim, weed, and maintain lawns and landscaped areasPlant and care for flowers, shrubs, and treesKeep sidewalks, entrances, parking areas, and exterior spaces cleanInspect, clean, and perform basic upkeep on lawn equipmentTransport tools and supplies between propertiesWash and detail designated vehiclesAssist with errands, furniture moving, office projects, and event setupReport property or equipment concerns to managementOther duties as assigned by management QualificationsLawn-care, groundskeeping, or facilities experience preferredExperience safely operating mowers, blowers, trimmers, edgers, and hand toolsBasic lawn-equipment maintenance skillsValid driver's licenseDependable, flexible, and able to work independently ScheduleThis position includes weekday hours and requires availability on most Saturdays. The final weekly schedule will be discussed during the interview process. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry materials.Ability to safely operate lawn equipment and hand tools.Ability to move furniture, tables, chairs, landscaping materials, and equipment.Ability to perform outdoor physical work in heat and other changing weather conditions.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining attractive properties, follows directions carefully, and is willing to help with a variety of hands-on projects as priorities change.
