Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) to join our team at Pinnacle Health & Rehab at Canton in Canton, Maine. As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Deliver medications and treatments to residents as ordered by their physician

• Order medications through the pharmacy network

• Transcribe new medication orders

• Assist residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless continuity of care

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent GED

• Current CRMA certificate

• Up-to-date vaccinations with proof provided prior to hire

• Willingness to work every other weekend

• Availability to work varying shifts, including 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a
