Lincoln Tech – East Windsor is growing our HVAC team and inviting S1/S2 HVAC Technicians to bring their real-world know-how into the classroom and lab. If you thrive on hands-on problem solving and enjoy coaching others, this role turns your trade expertise into career-changing education.

Role Snapshot

• Deliver accredited instruction in HVAC technologies (theory + application).
• Run immersive, hands-on training in a fully outfitted HVAC lab.
• Create a dynamic learning environment where students stay engaged and grow.
• Assess progress and give clear, actionable feedback.
• Design lesson plans aligned with current industry standards.
• Keep your knowledge sharp on emerging HVAC/R practices and tech.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty to elevate program outcomes.
• Coach students toward certifications and successful entry into the field.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years as an HVAC Technician.
• S1 or S2 license—or the ability to obtain an S license.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong communicators who connect with diverse learners.
• Natural motivators who keep students engaged and on track.
• Mentors at heart with a passion for teaching.
