Precision Manufacturing Assembly Technician

Compensation: $20 per hour

A day in your role

You clock in, review the build sheet, stage your parts, and start assembling with confidence. Using hand and power tools, you follow clear specs, verify components, and complete builds that pass quality checks the first time. Throughout the shift, you keep your station tidy, communicate with picking and shipping to keep orders moving, and never compromise on safety.

What you'll take ownership of
  • Building products to exact instructions and specifications
  • Operating hand and power tools to complete efficient, accurate assemblies
  • Confirming parts, materials, and finished units meet requirements
  • Conducting in-process and final quality inspections
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Partnering with picking and shipping to maintain workflow
  • Following all safety procedures and guidelines
What you bring
  • Experience in assembly, production, or warehouse work (preferred)
  • Comfort using basic hand tools and power tools
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
  • Reliable, team-focused, and effective in a fast-paced setting
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
Physical demands
  • Stand for the duration of the shift
  • Frequent lifting, bending, and movement
  • Lift up to 50 lbs; team-lift for heavier items
