Lakes at Lutz Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, customer-service-driven Licensed CNA Concierge to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for our residents and families. This role blends exceptional hospitality with hands-on CNA support, ensuring new admissions feel informed, comfortable, and cared for from day one while supporting daily resident needs throughout the facility.
Your Role:
Admissions & Customer Service
Greet new admissions, residents, families, and visitors in a warm, professional manner
Explain facility expectations, routines, and processes clearly and compassionately
Serve as a liaison between residents/families and department managers, routing questions or concerns appropriately
Maintain a customer-focused presence throughout the facility
Resident Support & CNA Duties
Assist with CNA responsibilities as needed, including:
Showers and personal hygiene care
Changing and repositioning residents
Assist with room changes, transfers, and resident moves
Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and admission-ready prior to resident arrival
Monitor resident needs and communicate changes or concerns to nursing leadership
Facility Coordination
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, admissions, housekeeping, and other departments
Ensure smooth transitions during admissions, room changes, and discharges
Promote a positive, professional image of Lakes at Lutz Rehabilitation Center
What You Bring:
Current CNA certification and high school diploma (or equivalent)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts
Strong communication and a caring attitude
Experience in long-term or acute care preferred
