Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
