Well established Real Estate Development firm that has been operating all over Florida is looking for an experienced Purchaser with Construction Industry experience for working out of the firm's Hollywood offiec. This position offers room for growth in a professional team with very high quality projects. This stable, large firm has a very strong presence in FL and has done some high-notoriety projects across the state, both on the Commercial & Residential side. Established for over 60 years, this firm provides extensive room for growth with a very stable, collaborative team that has experienced various recessions and has always retained all employees. Since the firm is a vertically integrated Real Estate Developer, they are the owner and also the developer/construction firm managing the projects.

Ideally, the candidate will have experience Buying / Purchasing materials in the Construction industry. This firm especializes in Hotel, Restaurant, and Multifamily projects, among others, and they have been through many recessions and have retained their employees through downturns. The Construction Purchaser will help with the purchasing of a variety of Construction materials for various Commercial projects across Florida, and as mentioned, the position is based from the office.
