About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate LPN to join our team in the Pittsburgh, PA area. As an LPN at Shyftsafe Staffing, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting wound care
Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and understanding
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA standards
