CNC Cell Operator -- Turn/Mill & Swiss

What you’ll impact

• Set up, load, and run CNC mills, lathes, and multitasking equipment
• Monitor multiple machines during production to maintain flow and efficiency
• Load and tweak programs to preserve part quality and takt time
• Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to confirm specs
• Conduct in-process checks to meet blueprint requirements
• Diagnose small issues; report significant malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors
• Maintain coolant, check tooling condition, and keep machines/area clean
• Move raw material and finished parts between machines; manage loading and unloading
• Follow safety policies and company quality standards
• Document production activities, inspections, and deviations

Must-haves

• Experience as a CNC Operator or Machinist (preferred)
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of precision measurement and inspection methods
• Basic understanding of G-code or CNC controls (preferred but not required depending on level)
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Comfort standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights

• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Kitamura, Okuma, Hwachon, Haas, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mazak, Mikron, Mitsubishi, Matsuura)
