Lead HVAC Installation Specialist (Residential & Light Commercial)

Role at a Glance

We’re hiring a seasoned lead installer to spearhead residential and light commercial HVAC installs. This is a direct hire, full-time role with an immediate start.

A Day in the Life

You’ll roll out from our Carlstadt, NJ base, brief your crew, and head to jobs across Manhattan (NYC) and Northern NJ. On site, you’ll coordinate tasks, verify materials, and drive the installation from rough-in through system start-up. You’ll wrap the day ensuring quality, code compliance, and a confident hand-off to the homeowner or business client.

What You Will Do

• Own the full lifecycle of residential and light commercial HVAC installations—from planning to commissioning.
• Mentor and direct junior installers and apprentices, ensuring safe, efficient workflow.
• Uphold high craftsmanship standards and adhere strictly to safety codes and regulations.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and business clients, walking them through system operation.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience (additional experience highly valued).
• Demonstrated leadership running job sites and managing installation crews.
• Valid EPA Certification (required).
• Reliability, problem-solving ability, and consistent punctuality.
