A Place At Home – Somerville is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care to clients throughout and near Somerset County!
With multiple cases available, we may be able to match you with a client and schedule that fits your availability, experience, and preferred location!
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and reassurance
Monitor client well-being and communicate any changes or concerns
Follow the established plan of care
Communicate with the office and care team to ensure continuity of care
Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care throughout each shift
Active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
Reliable transportation
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and observational skills
Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
