Optometrist: $205k Salary + Bonus, $10k Sign On, $15k Retention + No Weekends - Lexington, NC
Looking for a full time Optometrist that will enjoy full-scope Optometry including Medical to join a well-established practice in Lexington, North Carolina!
COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:
- $205,000 base, or 16% of revenue (whichever is greater);
- $10,000 signing bonus
- $15,000 retention bonus after 3 years
- 401k
- 3 weeks of PTO (increases over time)

- Reimbursements: OD License, AOA & State memberships, DEA registration, and Board Certification (if applicable)

- Auto-refractor
- Visual Field
- OCT

SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday
- No weekends!
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Part Time OD’s encouraged to apply as well!
