About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nurses. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff

• Assisting with range of motion exercises and other therapeutic activities

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices

• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts

• High school diploma or equivalent required
