Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs
Provide speech therapy sessions to pediatric and adult patients, including individuals with developmental delays, traumatic brain injuries, and neurodegenerative diseases
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech therapy

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (n/a years of experience required)
Certified or eligible for certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP)
Texas license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
