Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)| Nights

If so, Family Partners Home is looking for you! We are seeking a Full Time L1MA (Level One Medication Aide) for overnights in our residential home Memory Care.

Shift: 6:45p-7:15a

Job Responsibilities for a Memory Care L1MA (Level One Medication Aide):

• Assist residents with personal care (dressing, hygiene, toileting, grooming)
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Laundry
• Medication administration
• Cooking meals for residents
• Activities and resident engagement

We want you to join our team as a Memory Care L1MA (Level One Medication Aide) because you are:

• Skilled in providing care to those needing total care
• Knowledgeable about medication management and dementia
• Willing to assist with meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and activities
• Proactive in your service
• Gifted in making those around you feel loved and engaged
• Reliable in your commitments
• Knowledgeable and experienced in working with adults with memory impairment
• Team-oriented

How do you become our next Memory Care L1MA (Level One Medication Aide)?

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have reliable transportation
• Pass a background check
• Have the ability to lift and/or move items up to 50lbs
• Have experience caring for persons with memory, mental, and or physical challenges
• Have a positive, engaging, and proactive approach
• Have a valid L1MA (Level One Medication Aide) certification through the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS)
