Machine Operator

We are seeking a reliable and motivated 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has previous machine operating experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Essential Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately complete production records and documentation.
• Identify and report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic quality checks and inspections.
• Willingness to learn new processes and grow within the company.

Benefits

• Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.#IND345
