Providing direct personal care such as bathing, toileting, grooming, feeding, dressing, and assistance with mobility Safely assisting residents with transfers, lifts, repositioning, and getting in and out of bed Supporting residents with morning routines, bedtime care, and daily living activities Following individualized care plans and honoring resident preferences, choices, and dignity Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents Accurately completing required documentation, including charting, medical forms, and care records Supporting smooth admissions, transfers, and discharge processes Reporting any concerns, including changes in condition, incidents, injuries, equipment issues, or suspected abuse/neglect to leadership promptly Following all state regulations, facility policies, infection control standards, and disaster/emergency procedures Collaborating with nurses and care team members and following direction from the charge nurseTeam Member Benefits: (Benefits may vary based on position, schedule, and eligibility)Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with up to 4% employer contribution Short-term disability coverage Generous paid time off (PTO) Health Savings Account (HSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition reimbursement Employee discounts Join Genacross: A faith-inspired career starts here!
