Manufacturing Technician
Malvern, PA
Hourly Rate: $17.00-$19.00 First Shift Position (7:00am-3:00/3:30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment & processes
- Prepare machines for a production cycle, including calibration
- Supply raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift
- Verify output to detect any machine related mistakes or flaws
- Create and manage records of approved and defective units
- Create and maintain activity logs and necessary paperwork
- Responsible for performing cleanings, inspections and lubrication of assigned machines
- Meet or exceed Business Performance Targets for Production, Process Reliability
Requirements
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Working experience of Loss Elimination Methodologies preferred (TPM, Lean Manufaturing, 5S, OEE etc)
- Strong communication and analytical skills, able to problem solve creatively
- Able to work in a warehouse/manufacture setting
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time
