**Please note this is a temporary FT Maintenance Assistance position.**
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Performs general maintenance of the property including grounds and physical plant including but not limited to:
v Painting, chipped, faded or scheduled areas
v Vinyl Flooring
v Basic plumbing such as fixture repair/replacement to avoid water damage,
v Basic carpentry such as hand rail repair, dresser drawer pull repair
v Window, wall repair
v Light fixture repair
v Replace light bulbs
Communicates to maintenance director if not able to properly repair item as needed of repair in order to obtain external assistance when necessary.
Background Screening Requirement:
This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
