Location: North Royalton, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25–$28/hr to start (Temp-to-Hire)

Position Overview:
An established and reputable manufacturing company in North Royalton, OH is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to join their growing team. This is a 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. You'll train under the current Lead Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining production equipment, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control panels, motors, sensors, and wiring
- Assist with mechanical repairs including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and pumps
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Document maintenance activities and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (electrical and mechanical)
- Solid electrical foundation (basic electrical knowledge which can be built upon)
- Mechanically inclined with experience working on production machinery
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics
- Willingness to learn and grow with guidance from the Lead Maintenance Technician
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to and from North Royalton, OH
