Apartment Maintenance

Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Salary:
$18 per hour

Responsibilities:
Prepare apartments for new tenants by conducting turnover maintenance tasks.
Replace damaged electrical outlets and fixtures as needed.
Address minor electrical issues such as wiring repairs and switch replacements.
Perform painting tasks to refresh apartment interiors.
Conduct general cleanup and maintenance to ensure apartments are in good condition.
Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance, such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains.
Complete work orders promptly and efficiently.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
Communicate effectively with property management and residents regarding maintenance issues.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in apartment maintenance or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of electrical systems and basic repair techniques.
Ability to perform painting and minor plumbing tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
