- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
- Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, maintenance experience, and the ability to work independently while supporting production needs.
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, facilities, and production equipment.
- Trouble shoot and repair hydraulic systems.
- Complete a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and painting.
- Diagnose and repair production equipment, compressors, boilers, and other ancillary equipment.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Research, select, and order replacement parts and maintenance supplies as needed.
- Perform general mechanical repairs involving belts, drives, sheaves, chains, and other power transmission systems.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following established maintenance safety practices.
- Follow all Plant Safety Rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Be available to work varying shifts, weekends, and emergency situations as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
- Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- General knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Basic electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance skills.
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment and industrial machinery.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or emergency call-ins when required.
- Regularly stand, walk, kneel, and use hands to operate tools and equipment.
- Frequently communicate with production and maintenance personnel.
- Occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while following all safety requirements.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position which is $28.00 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
