Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Assist with vital signs and other clinical tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement effective care plans
Demonstrate empathy, kindness, and respect towards all residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering high-quality patient care with a focus on dignity and compassion
