What You'll Do
As a CNA Trainee, you'll help provide quality care and support to residents by:
Assisting with meals, snacks, and hydration
Transporting residents throughout the facility
Answering call bells and assisting residents as needed
Helping maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms
Supporting resident activities and engagement
Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Providing compassionate care while learning valuable CNA skills
Qualifications
Able to read, write, and speak English
Meet program and employment eligibility requirements
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to quality care
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires movement throughout entire unit.
Must be able to lift, push, pull and move a minimum of 50 lbs.
Must be able to bend, lift, and transport equipment.
Must be able to lift and turn and residents.
Requires ability to utilize computerized medical record system for the purposes of medical record documentation.
