Position Overview

Pay Rate: $26-28 DOE, Temporary role with Temporary-to-Hire for someone with the right fit.

Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support two affordable housing communities. This individual will be responsible for leasing, resident relations, compliance documentation, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong affordable housing background and be able to step into the role with minimal training.

Property Coverage

Two Properties in the Portland Metro Area.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
    • 93-unit affordable housing community
  • Wednesday
    • 50-unit affordable housing community
Required Qualifications

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
  • Previous Assistant Community Manager or Community Manager experience
  • Affordable housing experience
  • Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience
  • Leasing experience
  • Strong knowledge of resident files, compliance documentation, certifications, recertifications, and affordable housing paperwork
  • Ability to independently manage required documentation processes with minimal training
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
What the Client is Looking For
  • Candidate must already understand affordable housing compliance fundamentals
  • Strong hands-on experience with tax credit documentation and file management
  • Able to quickly step in and support day-to-day site operations
  • Comfortable working between two locations
  • Reliable, professional, and resident-focused

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
