Job Description

You will be working onsite, supporting mostly elementary students with a smaller group from middle grades. The role emphasizes evaluations and case management, with some therapy sessions as needed. Both monolingual and bilingual SLPs are welcome, as there are positions available for each language skillset.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current, valid Texas SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish-English skills are a plus for bilingual caseloads
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practices and collaborative teamwork
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide ongoing case management for assigned students
- Deliver direct therapy services when needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state guidelines
