Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, valid Texas SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish-English skills are a plus for bilingual caseloads
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical practices and collaborative teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
• Develop and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide ongoing case management for assigned students
• Deliver direct therapy services when needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state guidelines
