Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for leadership and delivering exceptional patient care? University Health is seeking a dynamic Clinic Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our specialized Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart & Valve, and Limb Salvage Clinics.

What You'll DoAs the Clinic Supervisor, you'll play a vital leadership role by:
Leading the day-to-day operations of multiple specialty cardiovascular clinics.
Supervising, mentoring, and supporting nursing and clinic staff to promote teamwork, engagement, and professional growth.
Ensuring patients receive safe, efficient, and high-quality care while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Coordinating clinic workflows to maximize efficiency and enhance the patient experience.
Supporting University Health's mission, values, policies, and guest relations while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and operational success.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required (Magnet organization).
Experience
Three years of clinical or hospital nursing experience required.
Two years of nursing supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
Licensure & Certifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
Specialty certification preferred.
