Warehouse Administrator
Job Description
Provide essential clerical support for MRO Stores personnel by handling data entry, creating purchase requisitions for all MRO items, and maintaining inventory within the designated inventory system. Responsibilities include managing correspondence such as invoices, making copies, stocking shelves, and ensuring that files are accurate, detailed, and organized.
Responsibilities- Perform daily check-in of material and manage checkout sheets in the inventory system.
- Continue cataloging MRO Stores area to ensure all items are documented accurately.
- Process New Store Stock Requests and route PCARD requests for approval.
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Serve as the plant point of contact for new vendor add requests.
- Coordinate Fastenal vending issues and ensure weekly invoices are sent to receiving.
- Request quotes for MRO items required for restocking based on minimum and reorder levels.
- Route purchase requisitions for MRO items.
- Track inventory discrepancies and manage MRO inventoried items.
- Support annual physical inventory if required.
- Proficiency in data entry and customer service.
- Experience in shipping, receiving, and logistics.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems such as MP2.
- Understanding of MRO inventory types including consumables, spare parts, and critical items.
- Ability to track usage trends and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Attention to detail with part numbers, descriptions, and locations.
- Knowledge of min/max levels, reorder points, and cycle counting.
- Basic reporting and data extraction skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining structured documentation.

Work EnvironmentThe role is primarily based in a warehouse, stockroom, or manufacturing facility. Expect exposure to industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as well as noise from production areas. Be prepared for variable temperatures depending on facility layout and storage areas.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Moses Lake, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
